We communicate with you throughout the whole process. We let you know when we’re arriving and when we’re leaving. We’ve streamlined the process of obtaining a quote for pressure cleaning, softwashing, or sealing to make it incredibly easy and quick! Here’s how it works:
Initial Contact: We collect information and details about your job through our online enquiry form or via phone when you call us on 0423 366 500.
Site Visit: Once we have your information, we’ll schedule an in-person site visit. During this visit, we’ll assess everything you want to be cleaned and take down any notes we may think are relevant.
Personalised Quote: After a thorough evaluation of the work required and requested, we’ll craft a personalised, obligation-free quote tailored to your specific needs.
All of our quotes are 100% free and there is no obligation to engage in any of our services after receiving the quote.
At PRISTINE, we carry $20 million public liability insurance. You can rest assured you and your home or business are protected.
In order to properly clean your surfaces we do need the assistance of chemicals. Just as cleaning your car or dishes with only water has it’s limitations, pressure cleaning faces similar constraints without additional assistance.
Our range of chemicals are entirely biodegradable and safe for use in and around your home or business. With our extensive training and experience, you can trust that these chemicals are applied in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring they pose no risk to your assets or garden.
At PRISTINE, we know that every cleaning job is unique, with it’s own set of challenges and requirements. This is why we unfortunately cannot offer set prices for pressure cleaning services. Instead, our pricing for pressure cleaning is determined by various factors such as the size of the area, the type of surfaces involved, the specific cleaning requirements, and any needs or preferences you may have. This tailored pricing approach allows us to provide a more accurate and fair cost estimation for each individual job. It ensures that you only pay for the services you truly need, optimizing both efficiency and cost-effectiveness. By prioritizing personalized pricing, we guarantee a transparent and flexible service, providing you with the best value for your investment in a clean and revitalized space.
We fully support the idea of hiring your own equipment or investing in a new pressure cleaner if you think it’s the right choice for you. In fact, if you do decide to go this route, we’re more than happy to assist you in finding the best solutions for cleaning your surfaces in the safest and most effective manner. All you need to do is reach out to us, and we’d be more than happy to share our knowledge and expertise in the area.
What we do want to say, however, is that nearly 45% of our customers already own their own pressure cleaning equipment and although this equipment is sometimes upwards of $1,300.00 it’s still consumer grade equipment and we still hear from our customers that it often falls short of achieving the same results that we can with our specialized equipment and processes.
At PRISTINE, we’ve invested thousands of dollars in to training and equipment, along with countless hours perfecting our cleaning processes. This ensures they are safe, repeatable, and consistently produce the desired results our customers want. While the allure of DIY can be tempting, dedicating hours to clean a small patio, only to achieve mediocre results after spending $700.00 on a new pressure cleaner, can be disheartening. What we promise at PRISTINE is a streamlined, reliable, and valuable service that allows you to kick back and relax while everything is done for you – done correctly and often at a similar price point.
Payment for all services are due upon completion of the service. We accept card payments, cash payments, or bank transfer. We can take payment via card on site after your job is completed or send through an invoice with steps to pay online or via bank transfer in the event that you are not on site when we done.
We do not require you to be present for your service and although we would love for you to be there so that we can see your reaction to the transformation your property undergoes, we do know that you may be busy and have other commitments. All that we ask is that we have access to the areas we need to clean. If we need to lock up any gates or doors once we’re done we will notify you immediately upon doing so.
At the moment we do not clean roofs. We like to stick to what we know and do well. We are still in the process of learning the correct ways to properly clean and protect your roofs and therefore we are unable to provide this service at this point in time.
